Prado de Fata
ESPAÑOL
Prado de Fata (Madrid 1967) studied in different disciplines (painting, printmaking, sculpture). The turning point in her artistic work was the discovery of the Japanese sumi-e painting and the concepts of Zen philosophy.
At that time, her work transforms and evolves with a personal search for expression coming from her on feelings, eliminating the unnecessary . With this new direction she begins to use materials of different qualities, marble dust, carborundum, slate and pigments that unites intrinsically the work with nature.
For Prado de Fata her objective is the search for harmonious expression more or less hidden that can be found in the essence of each object, in each detail of the journey and of the concept.
The work of this artist shows us balance , serenity and tranquility.
